What you will need for this dish: 1 Jimmy Dean Pork Sausage (16oz)\, 1 8oz bag of shredded cheddar cheese\, ½ cup of mayo\, 4 eggs\, 8oz of half and half\, garlic powder\, salt and pepper (or your favorite seasoning)\, 2 TBSP of all-purpose flour\, 4oz can of mild green chiles (optional)\, 1 fresh pie crust (I prefer Pillsbury in the refrigerated section)\, a bowl\, a spoon and a 9-inch pie dish. If you would like to make this vegetarian\, just sub the sausage for your favorite veggies like mushrooms and spinach. Would you rather have bacon instead of sausage? Join ZCCC for a tour of the Gateway Classic Cars Denver Showroom containing almost 200 vehicles. This currently includes four Z cars -a 1984 300ZX 50th Anniversary Turbo\, 1982 280ZX Turbo\, 1982 280ZX and a substantially customized 1973 240Z.  The tour will be conducted by Gateway Classic Cars Staff Member Devin de Simone. Coffee will be provided. There will also be ample time to freely roam through the facility to view the vehicles. The event should conclude by noon but guests can linger longer if desired. \n  \nThe Gateway Classic Cars facility is most easily accessed by taking E-470 Peoria exit (Exit 2)\, proceeding north on Peoria to Compark Blvd. where you turn right and head East toward American Furniture Warehouse. Turn left on Highfield Pkwy. Proceed North to the facility at the intersection on Grassfield Drive. The entrance is in the North side of the building. That is where we will meet. The facility can also be accessed from the North. Take Potomac St. off Arapahoe Rd. As you proceed South Potomac turns into Chambers Rd\, that will the intersect Grasslands Dr. Turn right and proceed West to the facility. The address appears on the West face of the building. There is also probably a way to get there from Parker Rd. Masks are optional. \n

We will have water\, tea\, beer and wine along with a few snacks after the drive. \n  \nPlease RSVP to Bruce or Cheryl at the December meeting so we will know a number to plan for. DESCRIPTION:A few of you will remember the autocross we held in the parking lot of the Aurora horse race track back in October of 2019 and how much fun it was. Well\, I’ve scheduled another autocross for the morning of Saturday\, July 24th. The event will be held at the Adams County Sheriff’s Department Training Center in Commerce City. We’ll be using their nice smooth 3 ¼ acre skid pad for our autocross. The facility is located on 128th Avenue about 5 miles east of Barr Lake. I’ll have further details in the July Odometer\, but save that date in the meantime. Please advise Andy Mortenson if you’re interested in participating in this event.
