DESCRIPTION:We have been informed that the kitchen at Overland Golf Course\, our\nnormal monthly meeting location\, is undergoing some renovation work and will not be available for the month of November. They apologized for the inconvenience. \nIt has been suggested that we try White Fence Farm one time and thanks to Travis Scott\, he has been able to arrange the following deal for us. Room fee has been waived and we receive a 15% discount with a group of 25. With a greater attendance\, we will receive a larger discount. Everyone is requested to order off the following menu. \nYou will have your choice of 1 main dish (there is enough chicken for 2-3 people): \n\nFried Chicken\nShrimpEveryone gets their choice and all you can eat servings of:\n\nOne Starch:  \n\nMashed potatoes\nFrench fries\nBaked potato\n\nUnlimited sides:  \n\nCottage Cheese\nColeslaw\nBean salad\nBeets\nCorn Fritters\n\nThey suggest that couples order one Regular and one “Light” dinner. It is going to be so much food that it’s basically all the sides and just eat family style and share to cut down on cost. Anticipated cost for two people should be about the same as Overland: $25-$27. \nChecks: They have to make one check for over 25 people\, but they will let each individual know what they owe and take payments from every person\, they say it is very easy for them. \nFree Dessert: If you would like a free dessert\, go out to their website and register. \n\n\n\nRoom will be available at 6:00 for ordering and eating.

DESCRIPTION:The September Members Meeting\, Wednesday September 5th\, will be at The Crafty Fox NOT Overland Golf Course Due to an event booked at the Overland Golf Course\, your board was tasked with finding a location for our September monthly meeting. For the September meeting on September 5\, 2018\, we will be going to The Crafty Fox Taphouse and Pizzeria. The Crafty Fox is located at 3901 Fox St.\, Denver\, CO 80216. It is right off of I-25 in a central location for most members. The Crafty Fox serves more than 60 different types of beer\, has many delicious salads\, sandwiches\, and specialty pizzas. Almost everything on the menu can be prepared gluten free. The meeting starts at our normal time of 7pm.
