Valentine’s Day is on the horizon. Do you need something delicious to make for your significant other? In November, we made yummy cornbread casserole. This month, come cook a delicious breakfast item with your fellow Z enthusiasts. Your significant other will LOVE it.

We will join together on Zoom to make a quick and easy quiche. What you will need for this dish: 1 Jimmy Dean Pork Sausage (16oz), 1 8oz bag of shredded cheddar cheese, ½ cup of mayo, 4 eggs, 8oz of half and half, garlic powder, salt and pepper (or your favorite seasoning), 2 TBSP of all-purpose flour, 4oz can of mild green chiles (optional), 1 fresh pie crust (I prefer Pillsbury in the refrigerated section), a bowl, a spoon and a 9-inch pie dish. If you would like to make this vegetarian, just sub the sausage for your favorite veggies like mushrooms and spinach. Would you rather have bacon instead of sausage? This recipe is pretty versatile for you to add your favorite ingredients. Hope to Z you there with your z-riffic cooking skills!
