Did you create New Year resolutions? Trying to find a healthy but delicious bagel to eat? Come make bagels with me live on Zoom. This will be an interactive cooking time. Break out the kitchen mixer, get your trusty apron, and roll some dough with me.  I will stop and give you plenty of time to ask questions and make these at your own pace. These quick and easy bagels will satisfy all of your bagel cravings without the guilt. Spectators are also welcome. The equipment needed to make the bagels are:  a stand mixer (or a bowl and wooden spoon), a knife or dough cutter, a basting brush, and a baking sheet with parchment paper. The ingredients you will need to make 4 bagels: 1 Cup Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt, 1 Cup Self-Rising flour, and 1 egg. The only other thing you need is your preferred toppings (Sesame Seeds, Poppy seeds, Everything Seasoning, Cheese, Green Chiles, Cinnamon and sugar, etc.) Please start signing in to Zoom at 1:45 so we can start cooking at 2.
